Publisher Terms
Last updated: September 14, 2026
These Publisher Terms govern your participation as a publisher ("Publisher," "you") generating leads, calls, or digital conversions ("Conversions") for advertisers through the Affmonetizenetwork, operated by Amatrons Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Affmonetize," "we," "us"). By submitting a publisher application or generating Conversions through the network, you agree to these Terms.
1. Traffic sources and disclosure
You will accurately disclose your traffic sources (e.g., SEO, paid search, social, email, SMS, display, call center) at application and for each campaign you run. You will not misrepresent your traffic sources or generate Conversions through methods not disclosed and approved.
2. Consent requirements
For any campaign involving outbound calls or text messages, you must obtain prior express written consent that is specific to the identified advertiser before that consumer is contacted or their information is submitted — consistent with the TCPA and applicable state mini-TCPA laws. You must retain consent documentation (form language shown, timestamp, and IP address at minimum) and provide it on request within 5 business days.
3. Prohibited traffic and practices
You agree not to:
- Use incentivized traffic, bots, or automated form submissions
- Misrepresent an offer, brand, or affiliation in your creative or landing pages
- Purchase consumer data from third parties who lack valid consent for the specific advertiser
- Submit duplicate, fabricated, or knowingly disqualifying leads or calls
- Scrape, spider, or otherwise programmatically extract offer or pricing data from the network
Violation of this section may result in forfeiture of pending payouts for the affected Conversions and removal from the network.
4. Creative and claims review
Your landing pages, ad copy, and call scripts for a given campaign are subject to our review and the advertiser's approval before launch. You will promptly make requested changes to remain compliant with FTC guidance and the specific advertiser's claims restrictions.
5. Conversion acceptance and disputes
Advertisers may reject Conversions that do not meet the published qualification criteria within the applicable return window. If you dispute a rejection, submit the dispute within 10 business days with supporting documentation; our team reviews disputes using the original intake and any available call-recording data.
6. Payment terms
Approved, non-disputed Conversions are paid on Net-7 terms from the close of the applicable billing period, by your selected payout method, once your account reaches the platform's minimum payout threshold. We reserve the right to hold payout on Conversions under active fraud or compliance review until that review is resolved.
7. Intellectual property
Advertiser trademarks, logos, and offer creative provided to you may be used solely to promote that advertiser's approved campaign and only for the duration the campaign is active.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the network for violation of these Terms, applicable law, or traffic-quality issues that create legal or reputational risk to the network or its advertisers. You may stop running campaigns at any time; amounts already earned on accepted, non-disputed Conversions remain payable under Section 6.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amatrons Technologies Pvt Ltd's total liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount paid to you in the three months preceding the claim.
