Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Amatrons Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Affmonetize," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the affmonetize.com website and the network services we provide to advertisers and publishers (together, the "Services").
1. Information we collect
We collect information in three main ways:
- Information you provide directly — including when you submit an advertiser or publisher application, contact us, or communicate with our team. This may include your name, company, email, phone number, website, and any information you choose to include in free-text fields.
- Information collected automatically — including IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring URLs, and click and conversion identifiers used for network tracking and attribution.
- Information from our network partners — advertisers and publishers operating on the network may share consumer lead or call data with us as part of routing and billing that data between parties. That downstream consumer data is governed by the privacy notice shown to the consumer at the point of collection, and by our Advertiser and Publisher Terms.
2. How we use information
- To evaluate and process advertiser and publisher applications
- To operate the network — routing, tracking, and billing leads, calls, and conversions
- To detect and prevent fraud, duplicate submissions, and policy violations
- To communicate with you about your account, applications, or support requests
- To comply with legal obligations, including recordkeeping required by telemarketing and consumer-protection law
3. How we share information
We share information:
- Between advertisers and publishers strictly as needed to route and bill leads, calls, and conversions on the network
- With service providers who support our infrastructure (hosting, database, analytics, and fraud-prevention vendors), under contractual confidentiality obligations
- When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Affmonetize, our partners, or the public
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required by law
We do not sell consumer personal information for money. See our CCPA page for how we handle "sale" and "sharing" as those terms are defined under California law.
4. Your rights and choices
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain data sharing. See our Your Privacy Choices page for details and how to submit a request.
5. Data retention
We retain application, account, and consent-documentation records for as long as needed to operate the network, satisfy legal and audit obligations, and resolve disputes — consent records tied to leads and calls are generally retained for at least the period required by applicable telemarketing recordkeeping rules.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's privacy
The Services are directed at businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
