Your Privacy Choices
Last updated: September 14, 2026
If you are a California resident, or a resident of another state with a comparable consumer privacy law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the rights described below.
1. Your rights
- Right to know — what personal information we have collected, used, and disclosed about you
- Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions
- Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Right to opt out — of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, as those terms are defined under applicable state law
- Right to non-discrimination — for exercising any of these rights
2. How we handle "sale" and "sharing"
We do not sell personal information for money. Because leads and calls are routed between publishers and advertisers as part of how the network functions, that routing may meet the broad statutory definition of a "sale" or "sharing" under some state laws even without a cash payment. You can opt out of this routing with respect to your own information using the request process below — note that this will generally mean a lead or call submission involving you cannot be completed through the network.
3. How to submit a request
Email support@affmonetize.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request," including your name, the email or phone number associated with your submission, and which right you are exercising. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable once by an additional 45 days where permitted).
4. Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent's authorization and verification of your identity before processing the request.
5. Do Not Track
Our systems do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals beyond the cookie and opt-out mechanisms described in this policy and our Cookie Policy.
